DOMESTIC DELIVERY & SHIPMENT

For a custom product (excluding all art) or a stocked item, the following shipping times and costs are applicable once your order is available for shipment. Product availability for all custom and non-custom merchandise is notated in the product description area found in each product listing.

SHIPPING TIMES & COST

Standard Shipping:  Delivery in 3-6 Business Days - $10.00

Express Shipping:  Delivery in 2-3 Business Days - $20.00

Priority Shipping:  Delivery in 1-2 Business Day - $45.00

Priority Overnight Shipping:  Delivery in 1 Business Day - Please Inquire

You may choose the shipping method you prefer from the four shipping options referenced above.

Make note that the delivery times include working days only, and that holidays are not considered.

Please note the courier FedEx is unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or to General Delivery addresses.

DELIVERY TRACKING

You may track the delivery of your order by using the TRACKING NUMBER provided by the FedEx courier.

You will find the Tracking Number for your order either in My Order or in the shipping confirmation email.

Registered users can also check the status of their orders in My Account.

The FedEx courier service delivers from Monday to Friday during office hours and you cannot pre-book delivery times. The courier will try to deliver the package for three consecutive working days, leaving a notification each time, with a FedEx contact number. In the event you are unable to receive delivery within those three days then sign the slip left at your address to allow FedEx to leave the package during its next delivery attempt. You may also contact FedEx to arrange for a pickup at a local FedEx location closest to you by calling 1.800.463.3339.

Undelivered packages will be returned to our studio location and you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred for the redelivery of your order.

All prices on this Site are in US Dollars. On occasion, prices may change without notice. The total amount due on an order shipping within the United States is inclusive of sales tax. Sales tax is applied in accordance with applicable state and local regulations based on your shipping address. Any applicable sales tax amount is indicated on the payment page of the cart. Various factors may determine the total sales tax charged on your order such as the type of item purchased, sales price, and destination of the delivery. The sales tax assessed on an order may change at any time from the time you place an order and the time of credit card charge authorization, which may affect the calculation of sales taxes. The total amount appearing on your payment page of the checkout process may differ from the final sales tax charged as indicated in the order confirmation or invoice you will receive after placing your online order with www.lucacasa.com.

You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the delivery of the products you purchase on the www.lucacasa.com Site as specified on your order confirmation. As with any shipment, risks of loss and damage can occur to the product(s) being shipped at any time during transit. While these unfortunate scenarios are out of our control, we will be there to assist you in the event of any loss or damage associated with your order, granted that you provide us with prompt notification of no longer than forty-eight (48) hours after receipt of a damaged item and no longer than forty-eight (48) hours after receipt of notification from the courier regarding the loss of a package. Once an order has been processed for shipment, it is to be considered as shipped.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY & SHIPMENT

Our products are available to ship to any destination in the globe. When you place an international order on lucacasa.com, the delivery cost will not calculate on orders shipping outside of the United States. The reason for this is due to the fluctuation of shipping rates throughout the seasons, which requires the retrieval of an international delivery quote from FedEx or another designated courier.

SHIPPING METHODS

You may proceed with placing any order online that requires international shipment. A Customer Care representative will contact you within 1-2 business days to provide you with the most competitive shipping quote available. You are also welcome to arrange for a third party pickup.

As mentioned, this final invoice will include the transportation costs but is not inclusive of any customs, duties, taxes, or brokerage fees unless otherwise stated. The total amount appearing on your payment page of the checkout process will differ from the final amount charged as indicated in the order confirmation or invoice you will receive after placing your online order with www.lucacasa.com. We will proceed with processing your order for international shipment only after we have received your emailed approval for the final total amount as reflected in your final invoice.

DAMAGE CLAIMS

RECEIPT OF DAMAGED GOODS

Please understand the shared responsibilities requested in order to ensure proper receipt of every product. For insurance purposes, we ask you to be mindful that within a window of forty-eight (48) hours after receiving delivery on the item(s) you ordered, a notification shall be provide to Luca Casa in the event of receiving damaged goods.

If your order has arrived damaged or has been lost in transit, please follow the ACTION procedures that follow.

ACTION

Promptly email us at contact@lucacasa.com or contact us via another method as listed in our Contact section to notify us of a damaged item or loss of a package within the time frames listed above. If we do not receive notification within the time frames listed above, then we may be unable to assist you further, dependent upon the courier's own terms and policies.

If the item you received is damaged, please take photographs of (1) the damaged item, (2) the packaging materials used inside, and (3) images of the outside box. We will need to receive all three image scenarios to file a claim on our end with the courier. Please email the images to contact@lucacasa.com.

During the scenario in which a package has been misplaced or lost by the courier, please contact us so that we can collect any additional details that may be available from the courier.

Rest assured, your damaged or lost order will be treated with priority and we will provide you with thorough communication regarding the status and upcoming expectations pertaining to your damaged or lost product(s).
